What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
   Within 1 to 3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. After that, the package will be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery time
   United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping is handled by Amazon Logistics. All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in multiple shipments.

My tracking number doesn’t work

It may take up to 5 business days before tracking information is updated. If after several days the tracking still shows no information, please contact customer service.
