Ordering

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, provide an appropriate solution.

You can exchange items by returning them according to our return procedure and placing a new order for the desired item. To initiate this process, please email us at info@noventislondon.com

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the button in the shipping confirmation email or by entering your track & trace number.

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend reading our return policy, which can be found in the footer of our website. If you would like to initiate a return, simply send us an email. Our team is ready to help and guide you through the return process.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your package is shipped, you can expect a delivery time of 2 to 4 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new fashion items soon!
